Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who these terms are for
Hadeya provides an appointment booking platform for service businesses. It connects a business's WhatsApp number to an automated appointment-booking assistant that uses AI to interpret booking-related customer messages, books appointments into available slots, collects payments through Safepay, and shows bookings on a dashboard.
These terms are an agreement between Hadeya and the businessthat creates an account (“you”). If you are a customer booking an appointment through a business that uses Hadeya, your booking contract is with that business — its own booking, cancellation, and refund terms apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how Hadeya handles customer data.
Hadeya is an independent service and is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your login credentials and access tokens secure, and be authorised to act for the business you register and to connect its WhatsApp number. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must limit access to authorised staff, remove access for people who leave your business, maintain an active administrator for your WhatsApp Business Account, and promptly notify us at admin@hadeya.online if you suspect your credentials or WhatsApp Business Account have been compromised.
3. Your WhatsApp Business Account and Meta's terms
Your WhatsApp Business Account (“WABA”) and business identity belong to you, not to Hadeya. By connecting WhatsApp, you request and authorise Hadeya to set up and manage your WABA and related Meta assets on your behalf, solely to provide the service.
By connecting a WABA, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Meta Terms for WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and related Meta terms, policies, and technical documentation, each as amended from time to time. Meta may suspend, restrict, or terminate WhatsApp access under its own terms; Hadeya cannot restore access Meta has withdrawn.
You may at any time request to take control of your WABA or transfer it to another provider. We will assist with the transfer within 30 calendar days of your request, relinquish control, and promptly delete related WABA information from our systems unless you instruct otherwise or law requires retention.
4. Messaging rules
You warrant that for every customer you message through Hadeya, you have obtained legally valid consent (opt-in) to contact them on WhatsApp, SMS, or email, provided any privacy notices required by law, and obtained their phone number lawfully. You must honour opt-out requests promptly, and you must not upload or message purchased, scraped, or otherwise unlawfully collected contact lists.
You acknowledge that WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's rules, including approval and pausing of message templates, message-category rules, pricing, and delivery limits. Business-initiated messages outside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer-service window, such as appointment reminders, require approved templates, and Hadeya is not responsible for messages Meta rejects, pauses, or fails to deliver.
You must maintain at least one clear way for customers to reach a human — for example a phone number, email address, or staff handover — and keep valid customer-support contact information on file with Hadeya.
5. The booking assistant
The booking assistant is an automated appointment-booking tool that uses AI to interpret booking-related customer messages. You may not configure or use it as a general-purpose chatbot, content generator, or AI assistant for purposes unrelated to appointment booking and related customer service.
The assistant schedules appointments using the availability information provided through the service. Like any automated system, its responses may contain errors, omissions, or misunderstandings, and Hadeya does not guarantee that every proposed or confirmed appointment will be error-free. The dashboard is Hadeya's primary administrative record of bookings; businesses should review it and correct mistaken appointments there, and you remain responsible for resolving booking disputes with your customers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Hadeya to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to offer illegal services, to harass or deceive customers, or where your business, services, messaging, or transactions would violate applicable WhatsApp or Meta policies — including Meta's prohibited and restricted business verticals (such as gambling, adult services, and certain regulated medical, financial, alcohol, or tobacco businesses, which may be banned entirely or restricted by country, licensing, or age requirements). We may ask you for licenses or other verification, refuse onboarding, and suspend or terminate affected accounts.
7. Fees
Use of Hadeya may be subject to subscription and usage fees as published or agreed with you, plus applicable taxes. WhatsApp messaging carries charges set by Meta under its rate card; where Hadeya passes Meta's messaging charges on to you, they are itemised separately from Hadeya's own fees. We may suspend service for non-payment after notice.
8. Customer bookings and payments
Payments for bookings are processed by Safepay. Hadeya is not a party to the transaction between a business and its customer: the business is responsible for providing the booked service, and for its own cancellation and refund policy. Refunds are issued by the business through Safepay; Hadeya does not hold customer funds.
9. Your content and our IP
You retain ownership of the content you provide — business name, logo, service descriptions, prices, and similar — and warrant that you own it or have permission to use it. You grant Hadeya a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. Hadeya retains all ownership of its software, interface, and underlying intellectual property.
10. Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it is used. Businesses are responsible for handling their customers' data lawfully and only using it in connection with the bookings it was shared for.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hadeya, request account deletion, or request transfer of your WABA (section 3) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible — and immediately, without notice, where required by Meta or WhatsApp, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited activity, a security risk, unlawful conduct, messaging abuse or quality problems, non-payment, or a risk to our platform or WhatsApp access. Where Meta's terms require it, we may block, disable, or delete a WABA at Meta's direction and report suspected policy violations to Meta.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Hadeya against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your services, your violation of law or of Meta or WhatsApp policies, your communications with customers, or your failure to obtain required customer consents.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Hadeya is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadeya's total liability to a business for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees that business paid to Hadeya in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
14. General
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email or on the dashboard, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes between you and Hadeya are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan (they do not govern your separate agreements with Meta or other third parties). If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect; a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Hadeya about the service, and sections 3, 8, 9, 12, and 13 survive termination.
